Asus W2V Review

Laptop Magazine looks at what I consider to be a high end desktop replacement in the Asus W2V, with it is 17-inch screen, I am sure it will be noticed, that is if you can afford the $2,599 USD price tag it comes with.

The Asus W2V is all about entertainment. This 17-inch stunner uses every square inch of its 7.5-pound frame to pack in all of the amenities you could want in a multimedia notebook, including a TV tuner, high-end ATI graphics for 3D games, and Microsoft’s Media Center OS. Decked out in a black brushed aluminum shell inside and out, the Asus W2V is quite possibly the coolest looking desktop replacement we’ve ever seen.

The W2V does manage to earn itself a four out of five on their review scale, only losing the last point because of lack-luster one year warranty, but if you add on a warranty option from the store you purchase it from, you should be very happy with the Asus W2V, and what it does.
