Fujitsu LifeBook P1510D

Fujitsu LifeBook P1510DLaptop Magazine has a look at the Fujitsu LifeBook P1510D a highly mobile tablet-like machine that does not come with Windows Tablet Edition.

The Fujitsu P1510D is a notebook in tablet’s clothing. An update of the longstanding P1000 series, this version adds a convertible touchscreen (running XP Pro rather than Tablet),improved battery life, a faster processor, and a host of ports to the original’s frame. At 2.2 pounds and with the form factor of a thin trade paperback book, Fujitsu doesn’t skimp on features to bring you this small pleasure. No other mini notebook is nearly as versatile as this little gem.

The P1510D has a wide, but small 8.9-inch LCD that uses a 1024 x 600 display resolution to squeeze a standard Windows screen into a small space. Most objects remain discernible under this screen size and resolution, but aging eyes will be squinting at the tiny icons and default menu and window text settings.
