Lenovo N100: heavy on the features (and heavy, period)
Strikemobile has a preview of one of Lenovo’s latest offerings, the N100. Lenovo has recently started to launch its own line of laptops (out of the ThinkPad brand), with focus on power at an affordable price (ThinkPads, after all, are quite expensive).
Lenovo N100 is a notebook to be desired. Featuring amazing tech specs and an affordable price, the device is planed to be the new star among the laptops. The power under the hood is provided by the new 2 GHz Intel Core Duo precessor which will make you anything but french fries (but, who knows? maybe it will make you french fries if you programm it to…). If you think that you will get dizy at 2 GHz, you can choose the 1.6 GHz Core Solo processor.
Having 2GB DDR2 667MHz memory modules, the new Lenovo N100 will make multitasking a breeze. The huge numbers on the N100 continue with the HDD: 100GB at 5400rpm. You can kiss your constant storage worries good bye.
The verdict: the N100 is light on the pocket but heavy on features. But it’s also heavy on the weight, too!
