Apple MacBook on May 9th?

It looks like Apple may launch their MacBook, the replacement to the iBook, on Tuesday (tomorrow), May 9th.

The MacBook is expected to come with a 13 inch 1280×720px LCD screen, and may come in a range of colors just like the original iBook.

The whole rumor spread like mad when someone spotted a link to an iPod page was damaged, and instead of showing details of the iPod, it showed references to the “MacBook”, not the “MacBook Pro”. The link has since been fixed.

Macrumours.com is further adding to the rumours by suggesting that an unverified anonymous source claims that Apple stores are receiving materials for a new window display that’s labelled “do not open until Tuesday, May 9th.”
